Die Reform(un)fähigkeit von Griechenland

Na also das finde ich jetzt langsam sehr bedenklich. Wenn die OECD sich mal eine Demokratie wie Griechenland ansieht und zu dem Ergebnis kommt:

Und das liegt nicht an den Banken.

Wenn schon fraglich ist ob die Reformen überhaupt funktionieren könnten und jetzt klar wird, das es nicht die notwendigen Organisation gibt - sollte man dann überhaupt noch Geld in diesen Schuldner investieren?
