Zum wiederhohlten Male gerät die belgische Dexia Bank in eine Schieflage und soll vielleicht über eine Verstaatlichung gerettet werden. Dabei hatte diese Bank doch den Stresstest von July letzten Jahres mit Bravour bestanden :
